In this project, we transformed a small condo lobby that felt empty despite past renovations. The goal was to create a welcoming, functional space within fire code guidelines and without overcrowding. We used a light, neutral palette to maintain an open feel, designing custom fire-rated seating and tables from commercial-grade materials for durability. The layout optimized comfort and flow, with touches like realistic faux greenery and a statement wall clock to complete the modern, inviting aesthetic. The result: a cohesive, timeless lobby where residents can gather, wait, or connect effortlessly.
